Hi guys,I am John.I have been trying to help my sister Apply for FRSC job but i have been stuck at passport upload for days now.it kips give me 'fail to map/document/......(her email addy)'What can i do pls

pls how to even pass through d first apply page. keep giving error had occurred contact d admin for assistance and when I resubmit . it tell me I have a pending application and should go to application page but nothing there pls help

I thinj you should click Application,Then my Application then u insert your username and password

Experienced such for 4 days. What did I now do?
Answer: I used my second email to start fresh registration.

I interchange my names, changed my phone number.

Please is advisable you use another phone to start fresh one. Because their site already have your phone IP and other details, because of that, it will not work.

When using it, make sure you are using Google Chrome or Firefox, change the mode to desktop �.

Make sure that your passport is not more than 100kb and is not below 50kb. The best way to do this, is for you to use picresize.com, is an online photo resize. Resize it to 85kb ie 40%.
Also make sure that the passport is resent one.

After that, you can now go to cafe to print. Once you login, it will take you to print page.

please, I really need your candid response on this issue. My surname on my first leaving school certificate is different from other certificates.How can I retify this? Thanks as I await u all.

I have tried applying several times but could not get the password to proceed, i keep getting this message "Sorry, you have a pending application for this Position, please go to your applications page to continue this application or wait to receive further instructions in your E-Mail"

What else can i do? i even used a different email address with another details, it was the same. Thanks in advance

Use a new email address, leave the drivers license space and NIM empty ,Interchange r names location ,Use capital letter , use whole number for the height like 2 or 1 later u can change it to 1.6 or anything .that's how I bypass it .I don't know how others did their own

Pls let not that interchanging you other name from your first name may be implicating when comparing it to the named on your certificates.

It means you have started an application before already. Or whatzapp me on 08024741344 for better understanding]

good morning house, please the section for uploads, are we supposed to upload only our passports? or other documents as well, because I can't upload other documents, when I click on the drop box document type, nothing shows, I'm just confused
