It's not actually CBN.
It's called remita.
Certification according to federal government is N10/page.
That is the exact amount that goes into the account.
I did my certification in Asaba.
The amount I paid using remita is N400 for 36 pages.
But the thieves in the office in charge of certification insisted I pay N3,000 to them before they could stamp my document.
Nigeria is a messed up country guys.

For non EU citizens the time frame for pre check was Feb and April and after which you will receive a code if you are qualified then straight to application that is all.
So Feb to April pre check
April to to April ending application
June is offer

I was offered admission for Masters in Entrepreneurship at SRH Hochschule,Berlin ..even had telephone interview with an admission officer sef,, had to run because of the tuition fees I was to pay monthly. I think 350k shaa...

I applied too with an official copy of transcript, I was Also rejected, it has nothing to do with transcript, what I believe is they aren't satisfy with D course module, there are other courses that accept history nd international studies courses

I got admitted to Operations Research and Business Analytics last summer with Just English proficiency letter from my University. And it was a restricted course so I they accept English proficiency letter. But you can check under your course for confirmation. It's always hidden sometimes, the first requirement will say TOEFL but if you check very well you will see that it's exempted for Nigerians. Check the B part in this picture.

Well, I've also applied to Leibniz Hannover and Heidelberg (the total tuition is €6,000 and I feel it's worth it, because it's ranked 45th by QS)

Furthermore, I look forward to applying to Ruhr University Bochum before the end of June. My problem is that the Business courses are limited...

No, they won't notify when they receive your document, but your status will change.

I was served rejection, so painful.

Bremen rejected me too. I Applied for Marine Geoscience.
Their reason was reasonable sha, they said i didn't do Chemistry in my first degree and that's it's an important course for the program.

Even though I already hv admission, these rejections can be very painful mehn.
