please I need an experienced person to reply me on this. I actually completed an ond in the year 2008 but during that time I entered the University through jamb.I have also completed Ican exam but have not gone for induction,So I have not collected my Ond result from that poly but I finished since 2008.I was to ask if it will still be relevant to the WES stuff or I should wait till I get inducted with ican before I file for WES,because I want to benefit from the two or more degrees stuff. Kindly reply asap thanks
go back and collect your certificate. Ican aat or ican ACA If its ACA dont bother evaluating it cos it does not get positive evaluation

I haven’t disputed this. You’re correct
CanadaPR:

He can apply with unaccompanying spouse and sponsor her later(which will take about 1yr after he arrives Ca). It's legal and persons have done it. You are asked 'if' so you can fill Yes or No.
For a post I read, he said they asked him why she was not accompanying and he said it reduced their scores so they decided to go separate. He was issued.

She is right. The instruction says "Provide the details of your personal history since the age of 18, or the past 10 years, whichever is most recent. Start with the most recent information. Under “Activity”, write your occupation or job title if you were working. If you were not working, provide information on what you were doing (for example: unemployed, studying, travelling etc.)"..........

So I sent an email to ACCA to enquire about what the equivalence of F1-F3 + Foundation in Professionalism Module is and below is an excerpt of the mail I received:

The Diploma in Accounting and Business (F1-F3 and the Foundations in Professionalism Module) is equivalent in level to year one of a UK Bachelor degree.

I am still going ahead with ACCA (because I'm technically out of options) and I'm hopeful that WES will evaluate it as 1 year diploma.

So help me God!
AyubAlam won't still believe. grin

Hi @glitteringstar,

Please are you sure this won't be a problem?

Can you also help with additional information say someone who has used it or a forum that discuses this extensively cos I'm getting mixed reactions online.

Thanks

GlitteringStar:

Yes if the work experience falls under NOC A, B or 0.

Hello house, please I need clarification on filling government employment in my employment history on my application. I'm claiming points for the internship/house job I did with Lagos State Health Service Commission. How else can I State it cos I learnt that government employment causes delay or something like that.

Read the following people's timelines.

Ottawaboi: Combined two different NOCs to make up for 3 years (Financial Sales and IT).

Yokus: I used different occupations, NYSC occupation A+ 2yrs B + few months at current job - occupation A again- because my NYSC was calculated as 10months at my POP after removing orientation n leave.

Damidamsel: One thing I can answer now though is....Yes one can combine different experiences at different NOCs except C to get the 3years experience....at least it worked for me.

Merrrymum: I used two different NOCS and I have my COPR. It is possible as long as it falls within A, B or 0. The two I used were in A and B.

Good evening elders in the house,

Kindly help with this. A friend of mine said it is only marriage certificate from Ikoyi and Abuja registry that is accepted by IRCC. how true is this.

Thanks.

No response ☹️

Abbylee:
Thanks for all the congratulatory messages cheesy

However, something is unclear, when submitting my passports, do i still need to update my family information i.e. fill and send IMM008 and additional family information forms, since they have already acknowledged that I got married before giving me PPR?

Good evening everyone,

Please I have a question regarding PR Fees payment. I have a friend who is in Nigeria and currently trying to pay the application fees online but is getting 'Transaction no approved- 481 declined error'. I helped by doing a bit of digging online and noticed some people that had experienced this before had issues with their banks not giving prior approval for international transactions on their cards or incorrect details. However I was wondering if there was a specific reason for this decline that we were not aware of like restriction on Naira Mastercards etc. He tried using a Wema Debit Mastercard to pay. Can any one advise accordingly, please?

Thanks in advance.

If u really need to use the internship experience, provide the required documents and info and, move on. Nothing u can do on the supposed delay.

Complete the request online. Make payment and they will send your transcript.
When WES send email to school, you'll pay 10k for verification.

There are not evaluated differently provided it is from WES recognized university. It is only when you are submitting your express entry you will indicate it is part-time, correspondence or online distance learning to provide clarity on your employment profile

safex:
Does WES evaluation for full-time degree differ from part-time degree? What's the implication if one bagged a degree while working full-time? Thanks in anticipation of your response.

Yes, it's still relevant provided you completed the programme. You can evaluate it alongside your BSc. to get point for 2 or certificates

Question 1. I don't think so. I think it depends on your institution (whether recognized or not) and some other factors. You can contact WES.

Question 2. No implication. Read the post below.
