Good evening everyone,

Please I have a question regarding PR Fees payment. I have a friend who is in Nigeria and currently trying to pay the application fees online but is getting 'Transaction no approved- 481 declined error'. I helped by doing a bit of digging online and noticed some people that had experienced this before had issues with their banks not giving prior approval for international transactions on their cards or incorrect details. However I was wondering if there was a specific reason for this decline that we were not aware of like restriction on Naira Mastercards etc. He tried using a Wema Debit Mastercard to pay. Can any one advise accordingly, please?

Thanks in advance.

Use GTB

There are not evaluated differently provided it is from WES recognized university. It is only when you are submitting your express entry you will indicate it is part-time, correspondence or online distance learning to provide clarity on your employment profile

Sound response!

When you say foundation in professionalism module, do you mean the ethics module ?

If u really need to use the internship experience, provide the required documents and info and, move on. Nothing u can do on the supposed delay.

Alright...guess there's no way around it. Thanks for your prompt reply.

UNILAG Transcripts

http://transcripts.unilag.edu.ng/ seems not to be available anymore.

http://records.unilag.edu.ng/ is the new site/portal. It looks more straight forward. I hope orders are processed on time.

Hello Ronards...please I will like to know more about the accreditation as am also trying to be nominated through the same early childhood education. How can I reach you?.

Hi...trying the same process. How can I reach you please?
Ronards:

PNP differs for each province. I went through SINP express entry. Did WES ECA n course by course evaluation to get accredited for my occupation which of course has to be in demand (Early Childhood Education) from Sask Ministry of Education. After accreditation, together with other documents I submitted n paid for my application to the province . Got nominated about a month later n got ITA the next day.

Read the following people's timelines.

Hi, I noticed merrymum indicated that the two different NOCs were practiced at a stretch while other posters didn't say anything in that regard. Is this the key factor in this combination thingy?

For instance, do you think that this combination can fly? NYSC as a secondary school teacher 2009 - 2010 and professional occupation in business management consulting from 2016 till date. They are both NOCs A though

NB: Anyone can weigh in on this please. Cheers.

So I sent an email to ACCA to enquire about what the equivalence of F1-F3 + Foundation in Professionalism Module is and below is an excerpt of the mail I received:

The Diploma in Accounting and Business (F1-F3 and the Foundations in Professionalism Module) is equivalent in level to year one of a UK Bachelor degree.

I am still going ahead with ACCA (because I'm technically out of options) and I'm hopeful that WES will evaluate it as 1 year diploma.

So help me God!

Please help clarify Foundations in Professionalism Module.

I saw this on the ACCA website.

bday:
Hello House,

Congrats to all ITA Choppers! it is well with you. Based on the information here, i decided to submit my ACCA Diploma in Accounting and Business (F1- F3, I had exemption in F1) to WES for evaluation. My evaluation came out as college-level certificate (one semester) and i contested it but they still said its correct. I am now trying to look for alternatives to improve my CRS score after maxing out IELTS because that is not eligible for Two or more degrees. Any suggestions would be deeply appreciated.

Hi @bday

Did you also complete the Foundations in Professionalism module (FiP) besides F2-F3? Pls let us know cause we are thinking that without its completion WES probably wont consider it as one year equivalence rather one semester which you have received.

I hope your reply will shed some light on the development of this issue. Thank you and waiting for your valuable reply here.

AyubAlam won't still believe. grin

I guess all depends on the actual equivalence which the people in this forum will receive after completion of F1-F3, and not what I believe or not wink

We still have an unsolved part of the puzzle which is to know whether the people who got one semester equivalence has done this Foundations in Professionalism module (FiP) or not. Hope we can reach at the root of this issue soon.

Hi all.
The application pages (uploading specific docs), I see clearly lists what CIC requires to be uploaded.
But where I have "additional" documents that have not been asked for (eg, marital status - divorce), I suppose I'm to put it under the additional documents provision (it's just 1slot available). Right?

So please, where does LOE go? Like where are the various LOE's I have supposed to go? Eg, LOE for POF, LOE stating the documents uploaded (aimed at making VO's work easier) etc?

Please help. Thanks.

Just out of curiosity, what's your nationality and do you live in Nigeria? Please don't take any offence at my big nose.
