A person with legit intent has nothing to fear, my brother entered through JFK going to Seattle no issue whatsoever at the POE. Only the guilty have something to be afraid of.

Yes oooooo

98% ke, oh really? Why then do you think it is becoming a source of concern and worry to the Canadian authorities? I thought the bulk of those involved in this are with valid US visas, not out of status, and in fact many with "fresh/new" visas. A little education may help my curiosity here please....

Nope.I know of 2 guys who entered Canada and left their Naija passport behind.

I can confidently say 99% are out of status and not new/fresh visas.

You are the one getting things wrong here.I use to work at JFK,I still have friends working there. You are among the few that is over-hyping this Canada/asylum ish.

Before now,Nigerians do have issues at various POE accross America and they get deported for different reasons best known to the CPB officer.

As for the Canada/asylum,I can boldly tell you that 98% of Nigerians that move to Canada were already leaving in the US for a long period, many move due to their paper wahala and Trump as president.

Meaning those Nigerians I know personally that moved when the economy crashed has been living in Togo.... The Nigerian living in U.S who decided to move to Canada is another story entirely.
You should come out straight and tell me I should stop warning people about what is going on and one more thing is this I have never initiated or started a topic on this thread about the Canada wahala except someone asked question about it and I advice them according to my opinion.
This thread was not opened because of people moving to Canada.

Never said you should stop warning people, try to get my drift. You can re-read my comments for better understanding.

If people go through this thread and learn one or two meaningful things on how go through U.S POE successfully I'm satisfied and happy that we can touch lives in our own little way. I don't get paid for this and I do this everyday so why bother.

I'm not hyping it... it's real and Nigerian are moving in droves from Nigeria to Canada not just Nigerian resident in U.S.

You dont have to sound that way.I only educated you on somethings you need to know.

You are doing a good job here, but over flagging the Canada ish in which is causing fear for many people to pass through JFK.

I'm sorry about that and it has been modified, but people are crossing over to Canada and U.S CBP are deporting people to Nigeria mind you not everyone will come online to complain... a lot of U.S visit visa has been revoked even before leaving Nigeria although the number may not be that much but you gotta feel for those affected.

No issue whatsoever since you have genuine reasons. Anyways, when you are ready to purchase your ticket, contact me, I can give you a great deal. Couple's fare. Don't fret, I work in a travel company.

Fly to Houston and return to Nigeria from New York meaning at some point you will have to fly to New York with the domestic airline before returning to Nigeria.

Will there be any issue if she don't go on that exact date that was filled in her form?
Please advice bro.

You guys should stop spreading rumour, JFK Or Nigerians has no issue at all.
Third time going to USA on a single visa, last time I left was early March.
Got there yesterday again, only 4 months left on visa.

CBA: Hello

Me: Hello

CBA:Why are you here.

Me: excuse me.

CBA: repeated the question again.

Me: for conference

CBA: what conference

Me: about xoxo

CBA: how long are you staying

Me: 2 weeks

CBA: stamped 6 months.

An issue: my visa is expiring in October and CBA stamped me till December. I don’t understand why?

Good of you for sharing your POE experience and it is needed at this time to calm some people but what you don't understand is that most travelers from Nigeria subjected to extra scrutiny are mostly first time travelers to U.S and also not everyone of them.

I hope you also took time to check the link I refereed to, most of the people there are drop box applicants which means they are not first time travelers. Anyway never mind every one with his/her opinion. I only thought we should educate ourselves properly about ALL POE issues since thats what the thread is about

The truth is this thread is about POE experience.... We can choose to look the other way about the issues arising from Nigerian crossing over to Canada but that will be at a disadvantage for innocent people and readers of this thread.

If truly those visa were revoked I think it has to do with the info provided for visa renewal.
