Abi o. We are all humans

My Monday actually started today with this possible small win.
Last week was not all too good for me. I packed up on Thursday and didnt bother seeing chart over the weekend. Unlike me!
As pro-traders would say, mental balance plays a critical role to your success with trading.
I struggled through monday to gain composure, confidence, balance and so on.
But with this little win, I think my little mojo is back.
Lets kick it! Yayyy!!!.

I see some good set ups, especially with JPY and CAD pairs.

--System based traders, who trade a very rigid method, once the market stops acting within their expectation. They stop becoming profitable, but they still hold on to the method even if it is losing them money, all in the name of discipline.

What I learnt from it is the exact opposite, is when one hits such a segment, it's their rigidity which will cause their demise, discipline has got nothing to do with it, it's because one doesn't understand how to navigate such segments that generates fear that they will lose more and when the market is not as structured it feels like they are then truly venturing into the great unknown, the only thing they can cling on to is their system.

There is a fundamental flaw in this, if they cannot seek to understand the markets how it works at a fundamental level, they will never be able to adapt, which causes rigidity.
