You didn't read the original post. The agreement was reach in May 2015, after Jonathan lost. He stopped the arrangement to make the payment because it was very close to handover day and didn't was raise any suspicion. I bet, Buhari would have raise alarm if he did without giving thought as to why the money was paid. Buhari was briefed about the agreement, but he chose to challenge it and he lost out. That's his fault, he should accept responsibility.
You want me to tell you all Jonathan's achievements? The same person I helped push out of government because he didn't do well?
