I'm a Security Professonal with many years experience, based this way . We have a startup cyber security consulting and technology coy. Now operate Africa HQ in Lagos Island, we're existing to solve certain problems in Cyber World over.

We offer security services to A Govt I won't mention here, but looking to Develop some Security Applications that solves a particular problem or solve existing problem better. As a Nigerian, I believe the greatest talents on earth are all based in Nigeria, period!

I am here to seek advice, we don't want to be the next Andela, we are not providing software development as a service. We just want to hire full time team player, talented developers to help us build our App designed for worldwide Enterprise use.

Where can we find this talent? Any tip will be greatly appreciated.

Nothing special. It's d same community I guess.. just get to the channels, join d exciting ones and read thru. Ask for clarifications on any u don't understand. Also, don't forget to give back by answering questions of beginners too..
