Hi guys please I need advice on my visa application.i just recieved my admission letter yesterday to to study masters in business administration for September fall 2018 in Thompson rivers.i have 3 concerns mainly (1) my nysc will be over in October while the semester starts in September (2) advice on how I can present my brother who has two kids as sponsor (3)It’s just two months far from September and am worried about the time frame to prepare my documents and also visa application duration which takes over a month.please guys I need candid advice.thanks

1. You won't have issue with your NYSC, be truthful to the vo that you are serving now and apply for your trv.
2. Let your brother submit his statement of account, proof of business/work/source of fund, his letter of support stating how much he will be committing towards your studies and he should state his number of dependants(mainly children and wife), his work ID. For more read page 0 to get more info.
3. There's still time to apply, you should have gathered your documents even before your offer letter showed up. But not withstanding you should be able to meet up, as you can gather your documents within a week or less. Still read page 0 of this part to know more about documents to submit. BEST OF LUCK

Good day, please i applied for postgraduates in international development at humber college i had a B.sc in economics..i was recently denied on the basis of purpose of visit and personal assets when i clearly stated that my mum was my sponsor and she presented an account statement with about 100,000 dollars..i clearly stated that i was the only dependent of my family and still i got denied...how do i counter this reasons in my re application??thank you

You were not denied based on finances so your sponsor’s closing balance doesn’t apply.

Personal assets huh

My guess is you are over 30. To tackle that you need to show evidence of your personal assets in future application. A good SOP should address the purpose of visit reason of denial.

Clarifications sirs and mas,

PAPER ROUTE

Intro about me.
I am male who got admission to Algonquin college, my wife, my 2 children will accompany to Canada, and am doing everything at the same time family application .

My question
WIFE
1. Apart from IMM forms for me, my wife, children (1st born 3years old, 2nd 1 year old) Does my wife need to submit any document? Maybe police report, job reference letter, statement of account (she does not have), degrees certificates, her parent birth certificate,

FATHER
Note: Am the one apply for study permit, though I apply for visit for them, it is family application am doing.
I know I need alot of document to submit
My father has pass on, do I need to put his certificate of death.
Do I need to put my mother sworn court affidavit of birth, because she does not have NPC certficate

CHILDREN
I intend to submit the following for my children
1. Their IMM form for each person
2. Their birth certificate each person
3. Their international passport each person

Plz, any other documents for the children?

SO IMPORTANT

1. After filling and geting all document. Should I take them to Visa office or I need to do something on www.cic.gc.ca
2. Law common Partner Delcarent form, do I need to take this to court

He was actually a full funded student of USASK. God was so merciful in his application. So, those etc... was overlooked by the Visa officer.
