NB. Your present employer invested ( 3 months training and lot more) a lot in recruiting you. |

If after reasonably talking to your boss and he refused to understand, take the following steps. 1.Day 1: Whenever you see him coming close to your desk, place one of your legs on your desk and quickly switch the screen to computer games. 2. Day 2: Go to work half drunk and half awake and let it be so glaring that you are really drunk. 3. Day 3: open all chats and keep chatting most of the day. Just talk to the boss and get ready to refund one month or up to 3months salary depending on the current companies policy. And you were supposed to tell the new company that you are employed they would have a modality for such. You may end up paying the training fee too. Good luck 2 Likes |
