Getting sacked from your workplace only happens when you don't add value to the company. Value is key. Once you have the right skill, you can always add value to any organization.

That is the reason I ask every young graduate out there to improve their self-worth.

That 45 days notice is too long, I know of 30days you should tender a resignation letter immediately and be prepared to refund the unmerited salary.

If after reasonably talking to your boss and he refused to understand, take the following steps.

1.Day 1: Whenever you see him coming close to your desk, place one of your legs on your desk and quickly switch the screen to computer games.

2. Day 2: Go to work half drunk and half awake and let it be so glaring that you are really drunk.

3. Day 3: open all chats and keep chatting most of the day. Open your Facebook account and keep chatting.

4. Day 4. Intentionally call in sick

5. Day 5. Intentionally get to work very late

Your boss will fire you before day 5. grin grin

Just talk to the boss and get ready to refund one month or up to 3months salary depending on the current companies policy. And you were supposed to tell the new company that you are employed they would have a modality for such. You may end up paying the training fee too. Good luck

Op dont mind the folks up there given u bad advice o.your present employer could be one of the shareholders of ur next organisation. I will advise u to just resign honourably refund ur previous salary if neccesary.
