Kwa languages are mostly found in Ghana and Ivory Coast. Most Nigerians speak a Volta-Niger or a Chadic language.

Hausa is a Chadic language of the Afro-Asiatic family. Yoruba and Igbo are Volta-Niger languages. The word Niger may likely have come from Tuareg. Niger in Hausa is kwara; in Yoruba it's oya; and in Igbo, it's orimili. You need to do more research, and stop falling for pseudo online theories concocted by people who don't understand the history and cultures of the continent.

Don't mistake Niger-Congo for Kwa. There are most probably no Kwa languages spoken in Senegal, Mali and Niger.

And no, Hausa isn't Kwa. It belongs to the Chadic branch of the Afro-Asiatic language family.

Do you know the names Gueye and Ba in Senegal
are found in Cote d' Ivoire. They are spelled Guei , Bah
remember general Robert Guei who took power in 1999 in Cote d' Ivoire in a military coup. There are also some Ba in Guinea.
Ba means " Father " in the Kru language in Cote d' Ivoire.
