Obinna James, a J S 2 student of Ableway international school. Aba, threw many people into state of ecstasy when he presented the project to people yesterday .
According to him, the stadium prototype was a mid- term break project given to the entire class by his CCA teacher but he stated further that, he had been nursing the idea before the school resumption.
The stadium is well equipped with all modern stadium facilities: Dressing rooms for both host and visiting team, A central light that illuminate the entire stadium, A small central television coverage that is hung at uppermost right side. A modern pan that cover the spectators and officials etc.
All the materials used are sourced locally with the help of elder brother, an mechanical engineering student of UNN, who put the finishes touches, the boy said.
Many admires appreciated the boy creativity with contributions . The young boy said he had made up to # 20,000 just from exhibiting the project in school.
We need to support our young Africans with encouragement .
