I was listening to one Olesegun's former Minister finance or energy responding to Buhari questioning where 12B dollars investment in power had gone to....and you know what guy said....that during their time they had highest ever peak power at ...something like 3,000MWs....and now he said....Nigeria cannot even hit 2,000MW peak available power....and yet installed capacity is 12,000MW. These dangolanders & their leaders default mode is throw more money....add more MWs....so dangoteland is allegedly building maybe another 10,000MW - but then the situation will remain the same - 3,000MW of power in use (GWHs) - against installed capacity of 20,000MW. This can only happen in Nigeria.

The problem with Nigeria is either nobody want to fix anything - their country has been broken for such a long time - they got used to it. They got used to black outs (it been decades since they enjoyed 24-7 power), boko-haram (been there for ages!), corruption ( from 1970s!), name anything....it entrenched, stage 4 malignant cancer that has spread all over the system & cannot be TREATED. But they are plenty of witchdoctors, pastors & dangotes in Nigeria - who give them hope! false hope.

Nigeria got Oil with Indonesia about the same time - 1970s . They are about the same size/population. Indonesia had Suharto looting more billions of dollars than Nigeria goons. But Indonensia have turned around their country. Jakarta is not comparable at all to Lagos.
