to me, I don't see any seriousness in what your SIL said. just a normal talk as to see how those clothes will fit her little niece and appreciating those dresses on her. Everything shouldn't be taken as an offence.

I remembered when my SIL used to ask me if my baby has gotten some teeth, that she can't wait to see him smiling with those teeth. Its just normal.

You are right sis, sometimes its cause we are going through stuff that we get offended by things that shouldn't offend us. she already is feeling some type of way cause her baby isn't walking yet and statement made her think otherwise. las las na wetin dey her mind.

My daughter is 18months and is on peak123 milk.

I buy the refill for 1000 (retail price) and it lasts for 1 week, so we use 4-5 tins in a month.

Last week I bought a carton (12 packs of refil at 10,900 naira)...at least I got to save 1100 naira (retail price times 12)

I was previously buying the peak123 in tin at 1100 b4 I realised that refill was cheaper and fuller than the tin, so i switched.

It's not bad, I just never bothered. The only additional value is the DHA and if you give your child foods rich in omega 3 or a supplement you're good

abeg no vex, am i the only one that does peak 123 instead of the adult one, am i scamming myself as in.... is it necessary or i should just move straight to adult milk.

Its a phase o my sister, majority of them do this before they will outgrow it again, even though they might have been using the potty before. My son will even go to the kitchen and poo, the next thing he will do is to call you to come and see. But before I know it, he went back to his potty.

Just continue to encourage him to sit on the potty, because if you are beating him then you don't want him to stop doing that.
He was using d potty before changing his mind about it. I can't wait for this stage to pass.
Thanks dear

Lol lets say it depends on how many other people are using the milk at home and how often its taken. In my own case I think its lil cousin that's using Giddybaby as an excuse to finish the milk, she doesn't know its Ijebu she's dealing with. I'd soon start buying her her own separate tin of the cheapest milk I can find.
Lols, my regards to giddy babies

Please I just noticed that this thing on my sons back is spreading. Changed from coconut oil to Ori and wearing 2 shirts to bed when he had a cold some days ago. What is it and what can I use? I have gone back to coconut oil

It is baby eczema also known as atopic dermatitis. You can google it too.
Feels dry to touch and somewhat scaly right?

You can buy aveeno baby soap (Giddyperson please confirm, you once mentioned this) or

Mix sudocrem+ori and apply (this worked for us)

I replied this before, just noticing it didn't go. I only put crayfish and a teaspoon of olive oil before adding the AS. Every once in a while I add formula to the boiling water before the AS too tho she didn't seem to like that very much. As long as she's still being breastfed just keep breastfeeding her as much as possible so she can get her milk requirement from there

Yes it feels scaly. I have bought the sudocream and applied it to his body tonight.

How long before you noticed any changes and cleared it up for your baby?

You saw it in the context I wrote it but if someone tells you every time how their child ran at 7months and flew at 11months, you will learn to quickly not accept sentences that try to denigrate you or your own.

How come you buy 5tins in a month? Jayden must like cereals. This days, my baby eats cereal only when she is distracted. So I use milk most times for pap. Now she's 1+, I realised that I will be needing just 2big tin in a month.

Sudocream, did it bleach your baby's skin? The first time I applied it on my baby's bum, it bleached that part.

Here I am sitting watching my baby sleep. She's been vomiting since morning and running temperature. I had to take her to the hospital because she was becoming weak. Cough and catarrh also. Dr diagnosed malaria and they've given her first dose of malaria injection. Its the temperature we are battling with because even with pcm the temperature is still high. Please pray for us

Me too, it bleached my baby's back when she was still a few weeks old and its that exact spot that's been suffering from the extreme dryness, dunno if that's the cause set.
@Kazchick, Aveeno works for me and I trust it cuz it's gentle, I also moisturize that part with shearbutter daily, don't wanna use anything that might cause further damaged skin.

We experienced this like two times, My only remedy is ori (shea butter) after applying it, I apply agnesia powder. It will just dry up and peeled off. We know longer have it, but i discover it normally comes during heat.
