Write an LOE and reiterate the fact that you studied via correspondence and thus would not require an LOE because you were not physically present in the country. Refer them to the "by correspondence" you indicated beside your institution's name.

WES sent my transcript to Unilag for Verification since May 16th. Followed up with Unilag only to be told they didnt receive any email or courier from WES for me.

What else can I do since wes insist they sent it

I made my wes payment through western union solutions and WES acknowledged they recieved it. I am however worried as the status changed to "we are processing your refund" I did not request refund and my documents has been dispatched to them.

Why are they refunding? Anyone ever experienced same?

The refund has been made they sent me a transaction number
I was ask to go to my credit provider with the transaction number.
I took it to my bank they can't trace the fund.
Those who have collected HST WES refund how did they collect their refund.

Also to make sure that the placeholder for UK PCC doesn't pop up, I think you should try inputting Nigeria (or wherever you were as at the period of masters) as place of study instead of UK. Then further explain in your LOE.
