Maybe you need to increase your budget. On the average , you are gonna budget about 30k on fuel charges and shipping fees on any item you wanna buy except on occasion where you tell the seller to do home drop off and you don't pay fuel charges.
Shipping fee for your PS4 should be almost same for laptops which is $45-50 . Add that amount to cost of the PS4 and you will see that 30k can't fly it.
