DTOBS:
You must have made the mistake of tampering with the Surname while doing the pre registration. How is the name appearing? Is it only the First name and the middle name that is been misplaced or the surname is taken for another one? let me know.

From the pre-registration stage till the second to the last stage (REVIEW before Submission)...All my inputs were correctly entered. my surname where surname was asked to be entered and vice versa. I have not in anyway tampered with my name be it surname, middlename or first name. All were correctly entered.... its just that at the REVIEW page, my name came out in this order (Surname Middlename and Firstname) Whereas its supposed to be (Firstname Middlename and Surname) this is the point am trying to raise if others are not affected too. is it wise to submit in that faulty format even when the applicant rightly entered his/her details? or what can just be done to this effect?? my humble observation is in the labelling of these text boxes for names by the PROGRAMMERS (mostly the surname textbox was labeled as First name and vice versa) so that's why these names are mis-arranged on the REVIEW PAGE. SHOULD I JUST SUBMIT IT LIKE THAT?

Someone should please help me out with this... If I try to upload my passport, I always see this... [ fail to map the path '/Document/akanniao@gmail.com/'.] that's what I always see... You can check that in the image.... Help me out please

Nobody ever said you can't do it with phone, but every issue that people have been having are all from all those that started the registration with their phone or let's 90% of them. (At least most of the issue I have treated both online and offline) and that was why we were advised people against it so that it will reduce issues during the registration. And as you know it, there is always an exception to every rule, so let me say you were just lucky to get it done without stress.
