Could be a tumor that has grown... instead of the woman to seek modern medical assistance, she's subjecting herself to these quacks.

Now, I'm a strong believer in our traditional medicines and feel we should modernize our ancient knowledge... but an ultrasound can reveal much more than just cowries and white fowl.
