1. Download Hotspot Shield and Puffin Browser from PlayStore
2. Open a new gmail account, use an english name. Have it set-up to your phone via the gmail app.
3. Open hotspot shield and ensure its running for the remainder of the steps
4. Open Puffin Browser, navigate to offerup.com
5. Choose to log-in via google, input details of the email you have set up already.
6. Pretty sure you can navigate offerup on your own (you'd learn with time anyway)

Steps 4-6 is applicable to letgo also.

**Important**
- Remember to leave hotspot shield running while you use the browser.
