If that poor man had stayed on in that job for that long a time , two things are paramount, - he is making little gainings that made him stay on it.. - he should be heavily loaded with information than most of us Help should not be a push ... There's something called PASSION that drives a person to keep at what he or she is doing, regardless of the pay. And it's evident in the old man's life.
