Lol, Just move on with your life. I don't think there is anything like second batch.
I was suprised I didn't make the list; but seeing someone from my hometown in the list. made me think he performs better than me in the interview.

Bring all your credentials and look for someone who will sign bond for you in anticipation of your induction. If you don't have international passport, get one now before induction. Get your transcripts too.

Competitive scholarship. The guy that got this from my local govt graduated with a first class in physics, he personally knows the senate president as well
No chance for us at all undecided
