As a Nigerian woman, one of the problems I have with naija women is not knowing what to keep private and what to display to the public because at the end of the day I don't understand the motive of displaying this irritating pictures. Is it the public that impregnated you that you're trying to get validation from online strangers? When will naija women ever learn to respect themselves and be reasonable

can't people just have a quiet relationship, quiet marriage, quiet sex life, quiet pregnancy, quiet birth and quiet nursing? Why can't we have some decorum? Why are this people influenced by useless and negative associations? Oh! How I weep for this generation.

This is what exactly my ex wanted, each time I said to her "if I see your picture on fb or any social media platform during pregnancy displaying your tummy or even exposing any Parr of your private part on social media... I. Mean even the top of your breast must not surface on any of the pics you will be putting on social media.
If this happened, you will surely write a summary report and a letter to dismiss yourself to your parents house.

I wonder why ladies appreciate nudidity and later will be crying fowl and forming victims..

Women need to be more reasonable because I'm yet to understand the essence of nude baby bump. It's extremely self disrespectful and offensive to the sensibilities of your man and family

It's your body before pregnancy, but with pregnancy, be considerate of the baby, it's no longer 100 percent yours. Moreover the Kim Kardashian you're trying to emulate makes millions of dollars from her nude photo shoot. She doesn't do it for free so why should you be giving strangers eye sore with your nude baby bump. Keep private things private or you can as well be walking naked with your baby bump on the streets since you have a point to prove

honestly it's women like this giving men the license to disrespect them and sexually objectify women. Hence the reasonable ones have to work extra hard to prove that they have much more to offer beyond the flesh in between their thighs. If you want respect, respect yourself as a woman. Stop subjecting yourself to unnecessary ridicule and the innocent baby.

If you have self esteem issues as a woman, fix it instead of seeking validation from online strangers. Once men spot your inadequacies and inferiority complex in you, it's easy for them to capitalize it to their advantage.

You've said it all ....tesmummy. At 20 while I was doing my Nysc, (2009) I wasn't so much the "give a Bleep" kinda guy. I was always on social media, then trust me the nududity was not rampant then. My gf den posted a pics while in my house, and that was so body exposing, I begged her to pull it down.. She blatantly and ignorantly refused.. That was the end.
Fastfoward 2011 - 2017.. I had over 2000 pictures of myself on fb.. In 2018 I thought to myself, why am I actually pulling all this pictures on Facebook? They are nice yes, but even if not for security purposes other things came to. Mind. I pulled everything down.. Trust me, I've hard more reasonable response for business and mor matured discussions.

Owning to that single act, a company I approached for a job collected my fb handle.. Guess what? They were impressed.. What if I had those trash there? What if I were a lady with those kind of body exposing pictures.. Well, I still stand with common sense is really not common.
