A 14-year-old girl has been arrested and charged for stealing in Asaba, Delta state capital.. According to reports, the young girl who is said to be out of school due to lack of funds - worked at a Suya joint where she was the record keeper before the money in her possession got missing which led to her arrest.

It was gathered that the amount that got missing is N420,000 but after much pleas from the girl's mother and sister, the complainant later agreed to be pay N300,000.

A well meaning Nigerian and philanthropist, Emefiele who secured the girl's release earlier today has pledged to raise the required amount to free the girl totally.

u have not made any sense. u should have just ignored the topic rather than posting trash; if they(the northerners) litter the whole street does that now justify why a little girl of that age should be involved in stealing? with what I see every day in this country it's as if our country is hopeless considering the kind of humans inhabiting it.
