DIETING FOR THE SAKE OF ALLAH The prophetMuhammad said "Every action is backed by an intention, and every man has what he intends..." He also said "...if he (anyone) must (fill his stomach) then let him fill 1/3 with food, 1/3 with drink and 1/3 with air..." So all you need do is change your intention from dieting to obeying the sunna and you just might gain the pleasure of Allah doing that. 12 Likes 1 Share |

The hadith is very simple to understand. The messenger of Allah advise us to always divide our stomach into 3 parts. 1 part to eat food 2nd part to drink water 3rd for us to breath well. U guys shld stop attaching religion to everything. U eat to please urself shikena and no matter how u diet based on the instructions of Allah, those who will get fat will still get fast. The best bet is go to gym drink enuf and a lot of fruits in exchange of food. 3 Likes |
