The Army attacked his residence and have since been unable to account for him hence his inability to attend court. I still ask, why arrest only Abaribe? Is he the only surety? We've not heard of efforts to arrest the others, why is that?

He has a date with the court when he'd answer whatever questions there are to be asked of him. The court did not instruct the DSS to arrest him so why not wait till the time given lapses and he returns to the court? Is the DSS now the new court?
