There is Absolutely! under no circumstances a police or soldier has any right to beat Any body whether male or female, even if the person had been rude or Abusive to the said police or soldier or Any force for that matter. Even if the citizen has commited a crime the Police or soldier has know right to beat the criminal.

In Nigeria every car owner is supposed to have third party insurance. So that in case an accident like this happens, you exchange your insurance information with the other party and the insurance company pays up for the mess

(Ideal example... there was a three way colision in a certain American city involving Brad Pitt the actor. All three men incolved, got out of their cars, exchanged insurance infromation, and that was that).
