Is not really so, bro. If ptdf is keen at developing Nigeria, all certificate of scholars should be sent to ptdf's office by various universities of the scholars, and official ceremony be conducted by ptdf on their achievement. But, ptdf don't monitor that, apart sending you stipend for your upkeep. Scholars may even stay behind after the program, which is not encouraging.

Two of my friends n class mate, who were ptdf scholar, are presently working in UK since 2015. I was speaking from experience. I don't know if there was any bond signed.

Please I wish to ask, Can one choose his second choice of institution rather than the first choice? Any procedure for that? Just discovered my first choice institution doesnt offer the Msc course I selected, though I have gotten a mail from them to commence my application process.

Do you think ptdf would allow somebody change to his preferred country? I believe that if they had the intention of doing that, they would have, during the UK Interview, asked candidates who had earlier attended the FGC interview their most preferred country in case they make both list. And that would have been very fair.

well even if you did, as long as u made the fgc list, your name won't appear on the UK list. same thing applies to me. let just hope Ptdf will be flexible like last year and 2 years back. maybe we could change

Are u for Germany? If so u should have submitted ur credentials and other documents to Daad scholarship last month in line with the PTDF partnership policy with Germany.
So this week was a letter sent by the German daad scholarship notifying German scholars whether accepted or rejected.

Congratulations to all successful ptdf scholars wish them d best.
