Where they operating the state system before changing back to regions? You can not take a system because it is working elsewhere and impose in on Nigeria. You need to consider the dynamics of the Nigerian state.

Please bounce this idea off 3 or 4 other people and see the possibility of regions returning. I've worked a lot with both policy makers and politicians at both the federal and state levels, I know how they think, I could be wrong but I see no future in dissolving states and returning to regions.

Boss, we all know how Nigerian political systems work. The political will by the Chief Executive to effect change will not be opposed by his subordinates. Outsiders might resist but that's always ineffective as far our system is concern. Restructuring entails a lot of things will be considered before it can be possible but ultimately lies when those in charge are serious about making it possible

I've been to NPA Office and the ports several times especially when I was looking for a job there. I don't really know much about their modus operandi but the issue of making such humongous amount is somehow for one to believe
