Obalegend:well... am not engineer by profession but.. I can to some extent answer Ur question.. yes.. 5m is a very big cash to erect 3 ensuite bed flat... with exclusion of land... it will even furnished the house to some taste of u re able to get good workers.... wish u more success |

From my experience in building industry, Anything is possible. That why it's difficult to answer these kind of questions. There are some 3 bedrooms in stone locations that 5million won't even roof it. There are some, also called 3 bedroon that you can finish with said price. |
