Interesting match. Belgium without Lukaku is shaky but there's Batshuayi and Hazard. England has not been that spectacular, so I'm going with Belgium for the win. The winner of this match will determine who top and who second.

I disagree with you, I watched their 3 games, and I noticed they played fast game during the beginning and the closing minutes of every match
