Good afternoon good people of Nairaland. Please I am a fresh graduate who just landed a job as a sales representative for a particular company and ever since, I've been pondering about the guiding principles behind commission from sales. As a salesman, if I succeed in convincing a new customer and he eventually buys a product and continues doing so will I still get commission each time that particular customer I brought buys the product, or is it just the first time only?

Please I need answers so I'll know my stand.
Mod please help my ministry.

As long as your agreement is based on commission per sales, then whenever your customer do buy your product, u get your commission, irrespective of how many times he buys
