Pls house i have a half plot of land measuring 100ft × 41 and 100ft by 19ft, almost triangle, pls what kind of structure can be built on it?

An old member, Brabus, shared this plan on here that I saved because I liked it.

This is just showing the ground floor (which is enough for a young guy) and the upstairs could easily hold another three bedrooms in the future.

If you do decide to use this plan you should check with the owner.

PS: Sometimes smaller plots turn out to be the best because it forces an astute Architect to be creative.
