When you see people rating a movie highly on the thread, and you decided to go watch it. You won't watch it with a clear mind, but you will be viewing with an extra critical mind to fish out mistakes from the movie, though there are exceptional movies that everybody unanimously agrees that they are great.

The beauty of The Death of Stalin lies in the conversions of the casts but viking007 says the talk were boring, so how do you want to understand what is going on in the movie huh

Well, as for Stalin and the little i have read about him and how he was portrayed in this movie, he is a tyrant, ruthless and killer. But hey enemy of my enemy is my friend. The British and Americans united with him to defeat Hitler, which makes Stalin a Hero. tueh.

So, you're the type that classify every movie with dialogue advancing plot as boring? Figures. Well, reality check: The Death of Stalin is a satire, and as a rule, "dialogue" is very necessary for satires to work.

Apparently. You're missing out on a very humorous genre, sadly: Inglourious Basterds, The Hateful Eight, Reservoir Dogs, in fact, pretty much all Quentin Tarantino movies are satires.

inglorious bastards was and and still is a 10/10 movie. I enjoyed every bit of it. Brad Pitt was - legendary. It was action packed with good humor. This stalin is all talk talk talk. I dunno. sad

inglorious bastards was and and still is a 10/10 movie. I enjoyed every bit of it. Brad Pitt was - legendary. It was action packed with good humor. This stalin is all talk talk talk. I dunno.

The more interesting parts are the dialogue. Christoph Waltz was brilliant. His character played the comic relief as well as main villain, and his genius is manifested through "dialogue".

I just finished watching "a quiet place" that has to be the best movie I've seen this year... Movie kept me at the edge of my seat! Fuccking masterpiece!

Annihilation is another interesting movie I've seen this year! The bear scene was fcking priceless, never been so tensed in movie scene like that one...
The soundtrack was fckin amazing!!
I recommend this movie for everyone

I did not enjoy this movie, maybe a subtitled version could have helped. A movie where one need to guess or assume what they were saying since 99% of their communication was via sign language.

Download the subtitle, attach and try watch again, its a nice movie.

You absolutely cannot enjoy the movie without a subtitle because the hand signs are interpreted in them. Watch it again with a subtitle. It's a brilliant and very creative movie

The concept is boring to me but the delivery of the storyline is cool. Just like how Westworld TV show did so well in storyline aspect but can be very boring if u don't enjoy the genre
