Chino, OMAMBALA1, oneeast, Yyeske, juliusmalema and all the true Anambra blood here, to say that I am proud of you guys is an understatement. I have been away because one mod felt insecure but you brothers have kept the flame burning. As you can now see, the hate on Anambra by our inferior neighbours is real. Our divinely endorsed supremacy intimidates them. Our progress annoys them. Our monolithic character/culture frightens them. Our resolve frustrates them. The okada ban has taken off and many wawa and abakaliki criminals and lowlives residing in our state will be forced out of the state back to the backward caves they came from. Next month, August 1, work will commence to demolish many waterfront settlements where those foriegners live. Anambra must be purified and cleansed of these wawa and abakiliki people for our state to move to the next level. I am sure we are all enjoying the new looks of Onitsha metropolis and Awka since the okada ban came into force yesterday.

sassysure:
Why will an anambra man feel superior to igbos from other states?
Isn't that the height of stupidity and inferiority complex?

What makes him different from fulanis who feel that they are the king of Nigeria.
Will u guys stop this rubbish.

Rather, feel big that igboland is developing at a faster rate. It's true some states develop faster than others, it happens all over the world but that shouldn't be used to chest beat to ur brothers.
And this chest beating is sometimes very annoying and irritating. There are multiple ethnic groups in this forum but none chest beats like my people.

Counter people with constructive arguments that will differentiate you from the park and not this chest beating stuff.
I blame this on our traders. Where u see small boy chest beating and insulting an elder because he happens to find some coins in his drawer. It has spiralled out of control and we have brought that to the internet, to the extent that ones look down on fellow igbo brother.
So shameful.
If u feel that ur fellow brother isn't growing at us pace, meet him at the middle.

Is this how it will be when and if we get biafra? Anambra will start lording over the other states?
Count me and those around me out of this craze.
Another wailing waller on the weeping floor crying about his pains and sadness of which Anambra people has no hand in.

I have been mocked , derided and ridiculed by these same imaginary sister states. They tagged us ndi ogwu ego, illiterate traders, fake Igbos(the funniest one because they are all living of of our cultural inventions) and all sort of disgraceful names just to beat us down but I kept shut. My co worker here said Anambra women are uncouth but I never attacked back....But the moment I say OMAMBALA NNEM, IFE DIKA GI AKONA M' the weeping starts and complaints floods in...lol. "Omanbala you have a superiority complex"," you have low self esteem thats why you are proud"(this one is from Obi1kenobi an authentic ofeke lelu oba ji nnia), " Anambra are not real Igbos, they are Igala and Benin"....My goodness, when are you guys quitting this weeping.

Have ever had that friend who is happy with you but as soon as you became successful he turns to an Enemy. Go through my post history and show where I attacked or derided your fellow Igbos but you can't because it doesn't exist. You are just painfully sad we are proud of our fathers land. You want us to keep quiet because it helps your low self esteem but sorry I can't control what goes on in your mind. Pray and ask God to give you the mental strength to fight these weakness. No man is perfect, we all have flaws. Daalu

God Bless you brother, i wanted to ask after you yesterday, its been a long time. Abi you are using another psuedo?

The issue is that some miscreant have highjacked the thread and be insulting people claiming they are Anambra people. imagine people that can't defend and wont even reply yoruba insult to Anambra people nay igbos will come here forming an Anambra identity that never was . Its very unfortunate our people have failed to see the scam here.
My brother i dey oo. I sometimes view this thread when at work and then take off because i can't type on the hospital computer and can't use my cell phone in the hospital.

Work has been too busy and i am preparing to come down to Nigeria this summer.

Please don't mind those people insulting other Igbos and then claiming they are from Anambra. THEY ARE NOT!

We the real Anambra people don't feel superior to any Igbo person. We need them as they need us. In our ASA meeting here, one Awomama man donated handsomely towards a project i will be inspecting in Amichi when i'm back. Is Awomama in Anambra? Yet he is identifying with us here. Without them, we are dead, without us, they are dead. I hope those arguing with them and believing they are Anambra people can at least walk around and meet areal Anambra person.

Obi1kenobi:
When you point out the emboldened fact to many of them, that they are the kings of chestbeaters on this forum, they either say you're not Igbo or not from Anambra. It's the usual tactic. The chestbeating disease has now gone internal where Igbo sub-groups insult other Igbos as inferior. A real shame. A real embarrassment. And they wonder why Hausa/Fulanis are one indivisible bloc, while South-South Igboid groups are competing with each other on who can reject the Igbo identity the most.
That is why I refused to join all these chest beating rubbish. The same unenlightened mind that will insult and brag about other ethnic groups being inferior is the same one that will insult other groups from within his own ethnicity as being inferior. All of the Anambra warriors on this thread and the IPOB hailers are all the same thing. All unenlightened folks dealing with self esteem issues.

Nnaa, no need for this. Its severely demeaning and offends God. And just to correct an impression if misrepresented , I am not here to beat anybody down rather to uplift the image of Omanbala. I dont want an Anambra that oppresses others.

Anambra doesn't oppress anyone. We are only weeding our state of filth and most of the filth happens to come from envious and inferior neighbours whom we already know. There is nothing demeaning in stating and asserting our supremacy over those lowlives. Even God chose the jews as his people specially over all other peoples and there is nothing wrong if Anambra indigenes are specially chosen to reign over all other Igbos.

Do you know why this Anambra identity is laughable, ask all these people championing it to choose between Orange Drugs and Chris Uba, ask them to choose between Akokwa that built Ogboefere Market and some miscreants from Anambra State parading as ticket touts and harrasing motorists and market women. Someone is saying Anambra people are distinct bla bla bla bla grin grin grin grin grin grin please between Senator Andy Uba and Abaribe who would you rather choose as your senator, these set of people will be lifting their shoulders online but secretly apply when there is a job opening in Uche Oga's Factory at Uturu... fake identity ... false identity...

ONITSHA on the match this evening because of the lack of adequate transport buses or even keke to transport millions of it's residence!. It is now a struggle for many as the little available buses & keke increase their fare to over 500%.

I was surprised reading that Anambra is monolithic in this thread, I wonder what links me an Idemili man to a man from say Awka or Aguata,if not just we both are from the same state
Some people are very funny
Re: Update on developments in Anambra state-photos by OMANBALA1: 10:13pm On Jul 02, 2018
Obi1kenobi:
An Ihiala man has far more in common with an Orlu man than he has with an Idemili man. An Onitsha man shares more in common with a number of Anioma clans in Delta than he does with an Awka indigene. An Odi man in Enugu has more in common with many Anambra clans than he has with an Nsukka man. State boundaries are geographical/political expressions and don't entirely correlate with heritage. There's nothing "monolithic" about Anambra. Some years ago, when my elder sister wanted to get married, my mum initially quibbled with her choice of suitor because the guy was from Awka. No Igbo states are monolithic in any way, including Anambra. I'm pleading with you people to stop propagating this supremacist nonsense here. It's a mental illness. It's disgusting. It's borne of an inferiority complex than manifests itself as pomposity. It tarnishes us as Igbos on this forum, both to non-Igbo outsiders and other Igbos and I cringe when I see many of you Anambra bigots do it. Listening to and reading you braggarts, I often begin to understand why many Igboid groups in the South South are either hesitant or aggressively reject the Igbo identity. I'm yet to see any thread here where Ogun people are regaling us with how superior they are to the rest of the Yoruba race - despite being by far the most accomplished Yorubas.
Stick to the chest beating as an Igbo man attacking "afonjas" as many of you love to do. I find that embarrassing, but less embarrassing than this rubbish. You're not better than an Abakaliki or Wawa man just because you were born by Anambrarians. You're better than people based on who you are as a person and what you've done with your damn life. Grow up!
I have done justice to this issue of monolithic culture of the Anambra people but your head is too thick and nothing can penetrate it. Its a common sense that people who live in the periphery of the state tend to share culture with people they border on the other side. Its not rocket science, so, stop sounding like a broken record.

An Ihiala man doesn't have more in common with Orlu man because what he share with the greater Anambra people is larger than what he share with his Orlu neighbor, moreover, some of these Orlu people are migrants from southern Anambra. Its a known fact that Mbuluchi Nri introduced many Anambra culture to the Orlu areas. For instance, Arondizuogu practice Nze na Ozo a tradition exclusive to Nri and their neighbors.

If you say Udi has more in common with an Awka man than his Nsukka brother you have to be specific like I did with my earlier post where I listed in fine details what Anambra towns have in common that makes our culture monolithic. Anambra is a culture melting pot and we borrowed and share these cultures That's the beauty of it.

Onicha man shares very little with the Anioma man and if you think I am wrong publish those cultural attributes. You are an empty barrel that makes a lot of noise for the sake of it. You havent done your home work properly, everything is mere assumption. If you have no proof I suggest you shut up forever. This thing you wrote up there is trash because you cant back it up with any facts. I dont care about how an Ebonyi , Enugu nor Imo carry themselves because its none of my business and be careful how you accuse people of things you cant prove.

Some of these guys that have no affiliation to Anambra are probably married to non Anambra woman just like some of our women who will marry anybody just out of desperation to get married. Time will come when if both your parents arent from Anambra then you are not full Onye Anambra. A lot of people parading themselves as Ndi Anambra has weak mind and can't make tough decisions. Some will sleep with anything in skirt and God has no role in their life but we must rise and fix the mind of our people because they are lost.
Re: Update on developments in Anambra state-photos by OMANBALA1: 10:39pm On Jul 02, 2018
Igbo Izugbe , to begin with must be scrapped because its an affront to our language.
Anambra man must be very disciplined and dedicate themselves to learning and deep wisdom.
Immorality must be destroyed in society because it clogs the mind from learning and discernment.
Any man that is always having sexual thoughts and can't behave properly when they see a beautiful woman is a,weakling and it sad to say many Anambra men are like this.
Any man who doesnt pray about 3 times daily is not a true man.
There is no way we can move forward if we dont change the way we think and do things.

Indecent dressing by our women must definitely stop and we must make sure our girls remain virgins before marriage
Our girls must cover their body and dress classy , grow their natural hair from childhood and have confidence in who God made them.
