Strange that none of the cars involved had their airbags popped.
Please there is a difference between Winter tires and Summer tires and also over speeding using winter tires during rainy season is suicidal.

Most Nigerians are not learned with product specifications. I ensure that my tires have both dry and wet traction. ANd once the traction is going out even before expiration, I change it.
