Long shot, but possible ask if vehicle has a tracking device installed.

happened as a guy was about to install tracker but funny enough I was there with him and have not seen him cut any wire be for it happened

location is pH. the car was starting very well before and was bought new with no record of repairs/fault

He Burnt something angry

I am sure it is not a fuse, because he would have found it by now.

but just incase He is that Dumb! go thru every Fuse especially the ones that come as a pack.

As noted above

He must have touched something. ..what did he touch....try going through the fuses as recommended. ..which parts of the car did he fiddle with before this?

Y not disabled the tracking system, and see what happens?

Appears he must have linked part of the circuitry of the tracking wiring harness from either some kind of feed off the battery, or something that has to do with a dedicated ....volts.
