Establishment of reference range in a locality is also a scientific proceedure. The reason why Genexpert methodology may choosen over microscopy in MTB investigation and vice versa is best known by a Scientist, that's why it has to be him who makes that decision. No one else has the knowledge of principles than the Medical laboratory Scientist not even a physician.

There are more than 5000 types of medical investigations most physicians don't even know up to 7% of them all that's why we Scientists hold CMEs and CPD conferences to educate your likes on current trends.
