Hippocrates will be proud of me. My colleague will be my brother. Medical Doctors world over are my brothers. You are not my brother, but a very dispensible friend.

I am known for saying the truth and for keeping a high cerebral amplitude in my discussions. HBV from a layman's perspective would have been a better topic, than from a lab scientist point of view.

Hold the truth and sell it not.

Mr Bigiman.
please we are waiting for your own perspective as a wardman

Hahahaha ....... be a good brother if you must be a brother I don't need your brotherhood. Even members of same family are dispensable let alone friends.

Well I have no qualms with your person or whom you are but be a good critique and don't talk people down to claim relevance.

My dear nothing we've said here is about union but rather form part of an academic disqus. Without research there'd be no discussion..... I as a person I don't bring unionism or affiliations in any of my posts.
Sometimes we disagree to agree to make a dysfunctional piece functional again. Everything na mindset

The guy was blocked.

Don't get me wrong, I didn't say it can't cause UTI but not on its own as do other pathogen. S epidermidis remains an opportunistic entity with the reasons I stated yesterday.
I believe your phone can Google, use it an get good information on the subject matter and where the bone of contention lies.

Community acquired UTI has saprophyticus more prevalent as the CONS causing UTI (simple google will teach you that).

How is this relevant or important?

If you are crossing the road and you see S epidermidis would you recognize her?

This is childishness at its height, very embarrassing.

a person employed to look after
technical equipment or do practical
work in a laboratory.

That's the dictionary definition of technicians. That's exactly what Lab Scientist, who are fighting to be consultants were employed to do. Lab scientist will remain technicians for a long time coming.

Bwahahaha! You will continue to lament for a long time. The role of a Medical laboratory Scientists includes the deployment of knowledge of scientific principles in order to choose, modify or improve test methods. Establishment of reference range in a locality is also a scientific proceedure. The reason why Genexpert methodology may choosen over microscopy in MTB investigation and vice versa is best known by a Scientist, that's why it has to be him who makes that decision. No one else has the knowledge of principles than the Medical laboratory Scientist not even a physician.

There are more than 5000 types of medical investigations most physicians don't even know up to 7% of them all that's why we Scientists hold CMEs and CPD conferences to educate your likes on current trends.

So yes, like aribisala said, most of you physicians actually think like technicians because you use algorithms and results generated by others. You don't think scientifically most of the time.

A hopeless charlatan knows nothing than to disparage those who exposes their mediocrity. You know nothing and u don't know that u know nothing, so urs is unsalvageable.

You are my friend but I won't spare u wen u go south. Any consultant clarifying anything from u, is trying to clarify ur inadequacies.

You are an empty barrel, your consultants and professors were present last week at NAUTH conference receiving lectures from Medical Scientists on Emerging trends of medical laboratory investigations in Non-communicable diseases (NCD) while you were here making empty noise and advertizing your buffonery.

Tommorow you'll tell us that widal tests can give us 1/72 titre value as obtainable in our friend 'consultant' tempojames fake side lab. cheesy cheesy

This is hilarious
You aren't chilled, oriaku

I am perplexed.
Instead of politely chipping in more information in form of corrections to the writeup, some self acclaimed human God's who in their almighty intelligence cannot bring dead person(s) back to life , choose to insult and massage their ego as if the world revolves around them.

I don't mind giving a concise but intelligent lecture on hepatitis. Not this over watered piece of gibberish being dished out by an excited Scientist.

Nobody is funnier than u here. Ur trying to hold on to a facade make u and all Johesu members subject of cheap ridicule. Biobelemoye promised the uneducated touts that he'll use thuggery, lies, stupidity and bribery to equate Johesu members with Doctors. Today the obese man has left every man to his tent, after gulping the largese handed him by disgruntled members in the form of membership fees.

Use the money for membership fees to buy JAMB form and study Medicine if u want to be a Doctor. Coming here to diagnose and treat ailment from a lab scientist perspective displays ur arrogance, ignorance and petulance in full glare.

I am Mr Bigiman, and I stand with the truth.

In simple steps please how do one go about treating his or herself if he or she test positive to HP B. I ve a friend who took traditional roots and is still positive, he has had it for some yrs now. What advice can you give him?
