He don happen to me before on localbitcoin when I tried selling bitcoin to someone and he made payment from another account. FirstBank put my account on hold and I had to go to bank of explain the circumstances surrounding the money. I had already released bitcoin to the guy already, thankfully I had his full contact, through the help of the owner of the account he transferred the money, we were able to locate him and I got my money bitcoin back.
