I'm very certain that votes will be inflated for buhari/Apc in the core north,like it was in rivers.it's part of the undue advantage of an incumbent president in Nigeria. I won't be surprised if states like kano,kaduna,Katsina,bauchi,jigawa,yobe,bornu,zamfara,records inflated votes in 2019.
