It's quite easy. Start believing that the world does not belong to you alone, and the opinions of others matter.

You have not learned how to contain and manage disappointments. Anger is not synonymous to disappointment, both are not intertwined either, yet you've consistently mistook anger for disappointment. The anger within you is totally your own creation, nobody can get you mad frankly speaking.

Disappointments are the negative things and shortcomings from others (this you can't control all the time); anger is what you do to yourself, so start taking responsibilities for your own emotions.

milemimi just quit it ok? if u av nuthn gud 2 say, its best u shut it, OP u have 2 learn 2 ignore some comments/response/questions, not everything said has to be pondered on, u can also stop expecting much from odas infact like anticipate failure so that when it does happens u wont be taken unawares it might even appear funny 2 u and then when u feel u are not being listened to, just save your breathe and make beta use of your time - hope this helps a bit

I can understand the genesis of your hurt. You need more time to heal. But, you spreading negativity in the meantime is henceforth unacceptable.

The problem here is pride mixed with insecurity.
