there are lots of quiz plugin out there. although I don't use plugin. I use an app for mine. it has html 5 quiz which support mobile.this way I just need to create and upload as a stand alone file to host. this app even convert the quiz to a .exe desktop application .so you can use it to create both web and desktop jamb cbt app see sample
