Goodness4525:See your line of thought....So you are looking at africa as being a waste-land..meanwhile the europeans and other non-africans nationals come and take africa's resources and benefit from it... If all these africans played for their countries would an african not have won world cup since 1990  The European football Associations saw the handwriting on the wall after Italia 90 and USA 94 and said if we dont start using african/caribbean players by giving them nationality and social preference in sports we will not win the world cup again for a long time, it will just be rotating in south america & africa, so france lead the way and changed in Sporting Policy in 1995 which lead to them winning it in 1998 with a team made up of 80% Africans All this talk about when will an african nation win the world cup is day dreaming... An african nation will win the world cup when they realise what is happening sack all the foreign coaches from europe in charge of african national teams and pick the best whether they play in europe or not and then we will win the world cup.... |
