It will be recalled that we made a legal argument indicating Mrs Kemi Adeosun. Pls read particularly the quote below

TRUTHTOPOWER:
All she needs to show is her application for exemption. NYSC is the one to explain the mix up. And to appologise for causing her any embarrassment. It is her legal right..
NYSC has confirmed Mrs. Adeosun applied for exemption. Hence it is now left for NYSC to investigate what happened and to correct their own system. It is settled law that oncessation an applicant has done his own part by complying with the conditions for an application, any error resulting from responding or purportedly responding to the application is purely an administrative and the applicant cannot be held liable for such error.

So she applied. Then what happened after? Why can't the NYSC tell us at the same time what happened? Can't you see complicity in the NYSC statement.

Kemi submitted a forged exemption certificate to the NASS.She must be tried and convicted for forgery after which she can noiw go ahead to get an authentic exemption certificate

I'm surprised that this issue has dragged on this long.

It shouldn't have taken NYSC more than a day to either debunk or confirm the story, even if the minister and her employer have decided to keep mum.

You guys don't get it yet, according to the NYSC Act, she can NO LONGER BE ISSUED AN Exemption Certificate.
She graduated at the prescribed age bracket but failed to return for the service. Returning to the NYSC in 2009 to apply for exemption would only be possible through the black market.

I don't know why its so difficult for them to understand the simple point that by her age at graduation from higher institution, she is foreclosed from ever owning an exemption certificate.

Brainaics, oya take.

I like Adeosun, but I've always been an advocate of doing things d right way! No matter d emergency. Until she's vindicated or convicted, I withhold my judgement.

She applied for it. Confirmed

She presented one, on demand. Confirmed

Who provided d one she presented? Until, NYSC denies presenting it to her, she is innocent, until proven guilty.

Someone offered me an "oluwole" cert, I refused, 18mnths later, I'm still trying to obtain d legal copy. My plans, are being derailed!

This is Nigeria!

How many times have u gone to process a document n someone is offering to provide it, at a faster rate, with increased cost? Few pple, are discerning enough, to decline.

The day I went to register one of my vehicles myself, after my agent delayed was d day, I realised, I was behind in renewal, by 4yrs!

Four fecking years of using fake documents in computerised Lagos! I paid! I thanked my stars, d other vehicles were recent(2yrs+)grin

stop fooling yourself.
this is Nigeria.
unless you're an indomie generation, I expect you to know how corruption operates in Nigeria. and unless buhari is the messaiah he claims to be nothing will happen.

A very big case is brought against you as a minister, its very simple: if you are innocent you should have silenced critics and haters long time ago with evidence just like dino melaye did.

why is she keeping mute??
why is NYSC investigating trash when the accused has not said anything to defend herself.
is it not clear enough to the blind that the NYSC is being manipulated??

Someone accuses you of doing something and you are keeping mute when you k ow you are innocent. won't you raise alarm and bring out proofs to trash the haters.

I know you know, but like 95% Nigerians under this buhari regime, sentiments has taken over.
"my own", " my people".

Bros, I will be d first, to condemn her! Within my circles, I already condemn her.

But, until she's sued to present it, she's under no obligation! Unless he employer investigates n finds against her.

The premium story, is turning out to be biased! Nowhere in d story, was it mentioned she was contacted to defend herself. Even, if she refused!

Let's just leave sentiments, out of it!

I remember Saraki was being pressured to resign, after d assets declaration charge. I was among those braying for blood. Look at us now?

Lets keep our fingers crossed
