But could it then be the same Bomoi that signed it? Looking at the list of past DG's of NYSC, Bomoi was appointed in 2004. If it was actually a '0' that was made to look like a '9' it then means that Discharge certificate was actually issued in 2000, 4 years before Bomoi was appointed DG, NYSC. If that is the case then where is the signature on the NYSC Discharge certificate from? More care needs to be taken in unraveling this issue... 1 Like |
