Remembering that news has filtered into the public domain that Benue state governor, Samuel Ortom's position not to dismantle the anti open grazing law which emerged after several long months of due process, the APC at the center is unhappy with him and has made its decision to push him out... ...is it possible that Having Fayemi in power in Ekiti, makes it easy for that state to soften its position on killer herdsmen? Is it possible that this forms a reason for the unexplained higher level of desperation than we expected, by the APC, to do all it can to win Ekiti? Even at the risk of turning the people against the APC by the kind of assault meted out on the government house of Ekiti earlier today? |
