So the policeman did not disarm the civilian and put him in handcuff while arresting him?

He won't do that. The excuse why Nigerians refuse to fight back and attack the fulanis frontally, is because "they herdsmen are from the president's place.

When Arom's farm in Edo was destroyed, he said the police told him ....oh you know they are from the president's place now.......oh if we arrest them the president will not be happy now......oh we cannot touch them because Buhari will not pay us our salary now. All rubbish reasons.

Nigerians must rise and defend themselves using all means necessary. The fulani herdsmen, which has now merged with Boko Haram, will not stop at killing people until they are hunted, attacked, and chased back to katsina.

Nigerian security personnels have been turned to politicians. It is so sad and worrisome for security personnels to be involved in politics. We r in trouble in this country.
