This is exactly what happens when you use stupid individuals as police officers. Harassing and molesting a woman for an offence she was wrongly accused of is a no no. It's no news the area boys are working hand in hand with those disgruntled police officers.

I'll be happy if such individuals are driven from the force if investigation find them culpable. Lesson needs to be learnt and scapegoats needs to be made before some idiots in the Nigeria Police know they just can't mess with people any how.

in as much as I won't be happy with the situation if the story is true , I don't think it is ideal for everyone to just conclude it that the woman is saying the truth. I guess it will be appropriate if we can wait to hear from the other party. or do you think that the woman is a saint? For her to accept to pay the money because of fear shows that she has a skeleton in her cupboard because the way she sounding that she stood her ground, she would have definitely stood her ground to the last. in conclusion I don't believe her story and I believe she may end up going to jail for character assassination.
