I registered and got my PVC within 30mins!!!


Although I had to queue up for over 2hrs waiting for my turn.

You can get it done within 20mins in some rural stands.

I registered at INEC office along Marian road opposite FRSC.
Went there by 7:20am but met a few group of people outside already waiting for the arrival of INEC staff.
Had to write my name in the list and join the queue.
I'm in Calabar.
