Jesus wept!!! Will you do this to your MIL? God bless you!

@Learn, i beg listen only good advise given. Many mamas wrote lovely advise for you please and please follow it.

As much as you can, cook for her her best meal. Buy her gifts. When my MIL left that was when i knew bathing a child is hard work. I begged her to return to bath her alone.

Nothing last.

My baby girl is almost 5 month (less a week), yet to sit unaided, can I start using walker for her?

What is even the ideal age for walker

I would have suggested my hospital, but their procedure is to see a GP first, who'll then refer you to her.

No need for walker if she is not sitting unaided.. my dd too didnt sit at 5 months but one day she just sat up on her own.. when it was time to crawl i pushed and pushed yet she didnt crawl and one day she just moved on her own, same thing with standing.. now i am less concerned about her walking because i know she will walk at her own time... so leave her and the walker alone for now... my opinion

Hi Mamas......so my lil man has been running temp off and on. at some point, he started purging. Took him to his ped and he was given antimalaria and antibiotics. He got better after a few days and now he's started running temp again. Earlier today,he was 38.8. Grandma said its teething as he still has 2 teeth at about 14 months. That he probably wants to bring out more than a tooth at once. I had to stop him from going to crèche so I can monitor him properly at home. Someone advised I give him a drug called "gbomoro". I have never given him anything for teething. Maybe just bonababe. His doc said I should monitor him for a few days....I give him ors, zinc and Panda Paracetamol. Should I get d gbomoro? and is there any home remedy to make him feel better? Thank you as I await ur responses

oh thanks.. I saw my neighbours son on my way out this morning sitting very comfortably in his walker and he's younger than my baby by some days. I assumed it the walker that made him learn to sit so upright without wobbling

I think you guys should relax now. Ah ahn. You have corrected her and she has heard. You want to chase her out of the thread? undecided

I wasnt too comfortable too till I noticed where she said she gave birth through CS.
Women can't bend to sweep or even lift heavy things in the first few weeks-months after that kind of surgery.
The MIL may have wanted to help her sweep and do other chores especially because of this fact if no one else was available to do it.
Most husbands would rather let the house go dirty than picking up broom to sweep or clean anything.

Thanks jare. I don't know why people like over flogging issues.
Meanwhile I'm a ftm from pregnancy thread. Had my Ds on 12/6/2018. Biko what can I use to flatten my tummy?

I'm personally not an advocate of walkers because oyinbo people discourage it, they say it delays milestones like crawling and walking. However they are fantastic for helping keep a mobile baby in 1 place. Please wait till she can sit unaided and if possible stand with support sef

Might be teething truly, talking from experience. Just that we didn't purge. He felt better after the teeth came out finally.

I don't know of gbomoro, but continue with the paracetamol (emzor or M&B). He will be fine.
